My experience in hairdressing spans over the past 20 years, beginning with an apprenticeship in my home town of Tamworth, Australia. Shortly after this I moved to Sydney and continued my training with Antony Whitaker, winner of AHJ Hairdresser of the Year Award for three years running. This provided me a wonderful training platform and gave me the confidence to travel overseas - where I was fortunate enough to gain a position working with one of London's leading hairdressers.

Upon my return to Sydney, I opened a Toni & Guy Salon in Manly and then went on to open Toni & Guy Salon in Avalon. In 2006 I moved from Toni & Guy due to a strong desire to establish a smaller boutique salon operation - which offered a more intimate and personalised client experience. I opened Willow Hair in early 2007 and am pleased to say that Willow has been a great success. We now trade 7 days a week with 3 late nights (Weds, Thurs and Fri).
